Sephora by OPI gives the minx nail look for less

You have seen Minx nails on your favorite celebrities such as Rihanna and Beyonce for years and now OPI and Sephora have teamed up with Minx to bring the high end nail décor to you for a fraction of the average $50 cost.  At only 15 bucks a pack I figured it was at least worth a try.  I decided on the leopard print nail appliqués since leopard is one of the biggest trends for the fall. 

The instructions were simple enough, five easy steps:

1. Clean bare nails with rubbing alcohol
2. Warm minx strip by rubbing
3. Peel off and apply to nail
4. Smooth and file off excess nail appliqué
5. Rub to remove bubbles

Things were going smoothly until I came to step 5, I found it impossible to remove all of the bubbles from the nail appliqués.  I even tried the Sephora sales clerk’s advice and used a blow dryer but to no avail.  Because of the final outcome of the product I will have to give it 2 out of 5 hearts.  Had the product applied smoothly it would have been given 5 out of 5 hearts without a doubt.
