Yeee Hawww!! Our favorite country music artist traded in their cowboy boots and straw hats for sultry gowns and tuxedos at the 44th annual Country Music Awards. As a little girl growing up in Georgia I remember seeing Dolly Parton on the show and thinking Hollywood meets Dukes of Hazard. The red carpet fashions have become more glamorous through the years but I always long for a little dose of country.

Broadway bowed with grace at the Princess Grace Foundation Gala held at Cipriani on 42nd street in New York. The Princess Grace Foundation, established to honor the legacy of the original diva Grace Kelley, is dedicated to identifying and assisting emerging talent in theater, dance, and film by awarding grants in the form of scholarships, apprenticeships, and fellowships.
All of the stars looked absolutely fabulous in their own right; however, the best dressed award goes to singer Ashanti. Ashanti, star of the Broadway play The Wiz, took the red carpet by storm in a funky patterned sequined full length gown.
